Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards	by
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, PayPal and Mastercard/Visa in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check.

Shipping Policy	by
Delivery Confirmation Numbers -- All domestic shipments (except APO & FPO addresses) will have a Delivery Confirmation Number added at no extra charge. The customer will receive an automatic email when your shipping label is generated. This email will contain all shipping information and the Delivery Confirmation Number. The Delivery Confirmation Number will only show when the package was shipped and when it is delivered to the destination's Post Office. It is NOT a tracking number. Domestic Shipping Charges -- The shipping charge, to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO addesses, is based on the total shopping cart value less any taxes. Please check below for shipping charges. All domestic shipments will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number & insurance. $.01 - $99.99 $6.00 $100.00 - up Free Shipping USPS Express Mail is available at an extra charge. Free Shipping -- All domestic orders of $100.00 or more will receive FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail providing they are shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. APO and FPO addresses are included. International Shipping -- All international packages will be shipped via USPS and the charges will be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact Altha Fastener for all international shipping charges. All International orders of $100.00 or more will receive $5.00 off the shipping charge. Shipping Insurance -- FREE shipping insurance will be added to all packages being shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. APO and FPO addresses are not included. Should a package get lost or the contents get damaged Altha Fastener will make the claim with the shipper. Lost or damaged material will be replaced immediately and the customer will not have to wait until the claim has been settled. Shipping Time -- Most orders received will ship in one to two business days after the receipt of payment, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Transit Time -- The average USPS Priority Mail transit time is 2-5 business days. The average transit time for USPS Express Mail is 1-2 business days. The average transit time for international packages via USPS is 1-4 weeks depending on the countrie's Customs Service. Business days do not include the day the package was shipped, Saturday or Sunday or holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Altha Fastener or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Multiple Product Orders	by
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Taxes	by
Altha Fastener shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns	by
We guarantee all of our items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your full payment including shipping charges both ways. Please contact Altha Fastener before shipping your item(s) back.

Typographical Errors	by
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Altha Fastener shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Altha Fastener shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Altha Fastener shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
